Alternatives to relative clauses

If the relative pronoun refers back to the subject of the sentence, it may not be omitted, but if it refers back to the object, it may.
 
There is a verb very sually moved in front of the relstive clauses.

 
The girl who is walking on the street, talked to me.
 The girl walking on the street, talked to me.

The skates that are in my room, are yours.
The skates in my room, are yours.
 
 Those giving me their mails, are my friends.
Those who are giving me their mails, are my friends.
